What We Treat

Support for Better Movement

Movement concerns can affect everything from work and exercise to sleep and everyday independence. Paragon Physical Therapy provides individualized rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, postoperative needs, balance concerns, and other conditions that limit how comfortably or confidently you move.

Treatment begins with a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, movement, function, and goals.

Back Pain & Spine Conditions

Back discomfort can make even basic movement difficult. We evaluate concerns such as lower-back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and muscle strains.

Your program may include mobility work, progressive strengthening, hands-on techniques, education, and practical guidance for managing everyday activities.

Knee Pain & Injuries

Rehabilitation is available for ACL and MCL injuries, meniscus concerns, patellar tendinopathy, runner’s knee, osteoarthritis, and surgical procedures including total knee replacement.

We progress your program according to healing, function, and the demands of the life or activity you want to return to.

Hip Pain & Dysfunction

Treatment may help address hip flexor strains, bursitis, IT band-related irritation, hip impingement, osteoarthritis, and rehabilitation before or after hip replacement.

The goal is to improve lower-body mobility, strength, and efficiency during walking, exercise, and other daily movement.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Following joint replacement, ligament reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, spinal procedures, or other orthopedic surgeries, physical therapy supports a structured return to function.

We follow applicable precautions, communicate with your surgical team when appropriate, and adjust your rehabilitation plan as healing and ability progress.

Sports Injuries

From acute sprains and muscle strains to overuse conditions and stress injuries, sports rehabilitation is built around the demands of your activity.

We use a progressive approach to help restore mobility, strength, control, and readiness for a safe and confident return.

Balance, Dizziness & Vestibular

Dizziness and unsteadiness can have many causes. We assess concerns including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction, reduced balance, and fall risk.

Based on your evaluation, therapy may include positional techniques, gaze-stabilization activities, balance training, strengthening, walking practice, and strategies for safer movement.

Neck Pain & Headaches

Neck stiffness, whiplash-related symptoms, posture-related strain, and cervicogenic headaches can interfere with work, sleep, driving, and exercise.

Therapy focuses on restoring comfortable motion, improving muscular support and coordination, and developing practical strategies for the activities affected by your symptoms.

Shoulder Pain & Injuries

We work with rotator cuff injuries, tendinopathy, impingement-related symptoms, frozen shoulder, labral injuries, and postoperative needs.

Sessions may address joint mobility, strength, control, and confidence with reaching, lifting, work, exercise, and recreation.
